MOLA General Manager Position
In alignment with MOLA’s mission, the General Manager serves as the organization’s General Manager and operational lead. This role is responsible for overseeing MOLA’s day-to-day operations, coordinating program execution across divisions, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities set by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Leadership and Administrative Fellowship
In alignment with MOLA’s mission, the Leadership and Administrative Fellowship provides graduate-level trainees with immersive, hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, management, and operations. The fellowship is designed to support individuals pursuing careers in healthcare administration, public health, and nonprofit leadership.
The Fellow gains broad exposure across organizational functions while contributing meaningfully to MOLA’s leadership, governance, and operational work.
