Javier Villar was born in Lima, Peru and moved to Chicago in 2001 with his family. He is currently an undergraduate student at Loyola University Chicago, majoring in Biology. Javier also volunteers at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital and hopes to pursue a career in medicine, to serve the Hispanic community. As the media director for MOLA, he is eager to use his technological experience to bring awareness of MOLA to the Chicago physician and provider population.
