Duties include but are not limited to:
- Office visits for routine and acute issues
- Develop, implement and follow-up on treatment plan
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and manage patient accordingly
- Discuss unusual or unclear symptoms or results with consulting physician in a timely manner
- Accept feedback and direction from the supervising physician
- Education/Experience Required
Masters Degree in Nursing Prefer 1 year clinical experience in area of specialty
Maintain current BLS certification
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/APRN in the State of Illinois required
Bilingual (English – Spanish) preferred

Monday to Friday
No weekends
