Dr. Gilmer Rodriguez is a physician executive and Director of Post-Discharge Clinic and Transitional Care Programs at the University of Chicago Medicine. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, medical education, and clinical innovation, he has led initiatives improving patient outcomes, healthcare access, and organizational performance.

A former Chief Medical Officer and hospital executive, Dr. Rodriguez has served on medical school and hospital boards, mentored healthcare professionals, and contributed to more than 15 peer-reviewed publications. As a MOLA board member, he is committed to advancing health equity, strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding mentorship opportunities, and improving culturally competent care for Latino communities.
