As part of a 2023 ASH Minority Medical Student Award, we have created a short 10-12 minute survey assessing the perceived barriers to parenting while in hematology. A big component of this study is to also assess if these barriers differ by race and ethnicity. Your answers to this survey will be completely anonymous and confidential. Assessing needs is the first step to the development of better institutional support policies.
