As you are certainly aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is accelerating in Illinois. Heartland Health Centers need your support during this time to ensure our patients and front- line staff are safe and healthy.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is the only defense for our health care workers at Heartland Health Centers to keep from becoming infected while caring for patients. Heartland Health is working hard to keep patients from overloading the hospital systems in Chicago, but in order to do so, we need to keep our health care providers safe.
Heartland Health is asking for donations of N95 masks, surgical masks, gowns and gloves. A little bit can go a long way in helping to keep our staff safe.
