Dr. Margarita Mankus, MOLA member and Pediatrician, took the lead in teaching a group of high school and undergraduate Latinx pre-health students through simulation on April 5th, 2019. MOLA was proud to partner with CPS Clemente High School on this successful event. The students learned about what to do if there is an emergency involving a newborn or infant, and had a chance to put their new skills to action using the mannikins at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center’s state-of-the-art simulation center.
