Independent Urgent Care / Primary Care group practice seeking Family Practitioner for Urgent Care shifts. Must be licensed to practice in Illinois. Must be able to be credentialed with Medicare, and all other commercial insurances.
We have an immediate need for a Family Practice Physician due to the relocation of a key provider.
Available: Consistent shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, along with rotating Saturday shifts.
