Cano Health is expanding to the Chicago area and we are currently looking for Physicians to join and deliver appropriate care for an underserved multicultural patient population in the Chicago proper area. Our mission is to provide superior primary care medical service, while forging a life-long bond with our members.
Our vision is to become the national leader in primary care by improving the health, wellness and quality of life of the communities we serve, while reducing health care costs. We are opening up 4 brand new clinics in Chicago proper and have acquired an existing practice in the area as well. One of our clinics recently opened this September and the other three we anticipate to open in November and December 2021.
We are an Outpatient model, Monday through Friday 8-5, with competitive salaries, sign on bonus, annual bonus structures, and etc..
