Advocate Medical Group (AMG) is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for an established practice located in our new outpatient facility at 3134 N Clark Street, Chicago. AMG is a division of AdvocateAurora Health which is the 9th largest not for profit health care system in the US.
Position Highlights:
- Join a group of dedicated physicians at a busy, well established practice
- Adult patient base in an outpatient only practice setting (acute and well, chronic disease management)
- Rotate clinic call coverage on weekends with other physicians. Site uses contact center and is supported by RN triage as well
- Onsite imaging and lab
- Clinical support includes 1:1 CMA and RN coverage
Position Requirements:
MD/DO, Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine eligible to obtain and maintain license to practice in Illinois. Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus!
