Mr. Miguel A. Guevara is the Principal of MG3 Healthcare Solutions, a management consulting firm committed to advancing the healthcare industry by providing insightful strategic and operational solutions, innovative technology products, and clinical application software.  Some of MG3 Healthcare Solutions partners include Norwegian American Hospital, Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness, and Clinify Health.

Prior to founding MG3 Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Guevara ensured continuity of operations by providing strategic, fiscal, and operational leadership during crisis and steady operations in a $6.1B system of 44,000 FTEs and 76 medical facilities, including research and academic centers, serving 2.6 million lives worldwide.  Liaised with foreign country officials, NGOs and US State Department representatives, host nation medical professionals to execute medical military-civil affair missions and support foreign nation contingencies

Mr. Guevara retired from the US Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel, where he served at the base, major command, and headquarter level in a variety of healthcare leadership roles to include Facility Administrator, Medical Support Squadron Commander, Medical Operations Officer in Honduras and Medical Liaison Officer in Colombia. Additionally, he led Hospital Incident Command System operations during Ebola outbreak response, hurricane evacuations, repatriation missions, and various Defense Support of Civil Authorities and Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Response operations.

Mr. Guevara received his MBA from the University of Central Missouri and completed graduate certificates in Marketing at DePaul University, and Healthcare Leadership at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.  He brings over 23 years of professional experience, 17+ in healthcare operations, emergency management & preparedness, administration, and international affairs.  Miguel is passionate about enabling care for underserve populations, improving access to care, lowering access to care, and increasing Hispanic/Latino presence in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Guevara is married to Delma Guevara and they have two kids, Migdelys and Miguel.
