Guzman holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Higher Education and Leadership (ENLACE) from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s in Business and Health Leadership from National Louis University. A passionate advocate\, Paulina works to expand access to healthcare\, education\, and opportunities for disadvantaged individuals\, particularly women\, the uninsured\, the undocumented\, and first-generation Latino students. She is dedicated to overcoming barriers and creating resources for health and higher education in underserved communities. Paulina is also on the MOLA Board of Directors and is Cochair of the MOLA Mentorship Committee.
